Thumbs up Re: My Mini-Bike

Nice vintage 'bike, I bet it is a bear to steer with that rake nearly straight up though I have a 1974 Honda 750-4 with the same problem - as long as you stay under 70 MPH, and don't try to turn, its fine Try making a high speed corner, and you are going to be making it by yourself! SANS BIKE

Nice ride there. I have one I believe to be the one and the same, except mine was missing the engine when I picked it up. Also the throttle. Looks good all together, may give me some incentive to get mine together. Thanks. Do you know if the Clinton is original for this bike?
Hey not to change this topic, but is it true what I heard about the Boring show? I hear that it is done.

Just checked my Show Directory, sure enough, the Boring show isn't listed.

If it's really gone that makes two in the last year. Woodsboro, MD canceled their show last fall.

Nooo its not origional as far as i know. I picked up the Clinton at Steam-O-Rama years ago, and my dad had the frame lying around because my brother was a sissy and never put it together. You should put yours together! they are fun! (If it was not one and the same i would be trying to convince you to sell it to me!)

Im not sure about the Boring Show... lemme look in my book here... No, its here. 25th annual.. June 10-11. Feature MM tractors, and Bull Dog engines.
I wish it wasnt called Boring. it makes it sound bad.

Rich

Is He the main mechanic in your shop ??????????

He will do well in a few years. It is always GREAT to see the young ones interested in the Old Iron.

Rich,
Thatís a nice classic bike you got there, I have one of those engines all original I bought at Coolspring back in 2005 for $ 50 I hope to get it running soon and have a custom skid made for it, since I do not have the bike frame.

"Has Boring gotten any bigger" As you can see in this thread on the main page, the Boring show is no more.

http://www.smokstak.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36371

I've had confirmation from other soources that the Boring show is dead. Sorry to see it go, it was a nice little show.
