Default B&S 130902 001 gov spring diagram

I would like to have a pic or pdf source that shows where the small spring on the gov. link to the throttle goes. There is a short arm with a hole and a longer where the link goes. Does the spring go in with the link or in the shorter arm? Same with the other end. I have the link and spring going into the outer hole. There is another hole in the side of the gov. arm. Anything go there?

Do you have the code for the engine? I can email you the shop manual for your engine.
