Default Pratt's Power Plant

I have never met this fellow, Conrad Milster, but would like to. I think his job would be even better than that of the guy who brushes the sand off of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit models! Mr. Milster is the Chief Engineer at the power plant of Pratt Institute, of Brooklyn, New York. The plant runs three Ames steam engines direct coupled to generators. This is not a little museum, but a real power plant, and has to be one of the last of it's kind. I did a web search and found an article from the Prattfolio, a magazine about the college and that sort of thing. It is in PDF format, so ya need acrobat reader to see it and it might download a little slow on a dial up, but I think it is worth the wait.
