Question Another FM 'Z' Motor Question

I need to make a wrist pin bushing for my FM 6 HP Z motor. What clearance is required from pin to bushing? Thanks PK.

PK:

I usually fit wrist pins to a slightly snug fit. Because I use 180 grit sandpaper on a mandrel to do the final fit, I rely on the surface to polish itself to a good fit after some break-in.

Just don't get them too tight. You might gall the bushing and pin.
