Default Oiler with check ball pressure relief tube

Hello I have an extra oiler that is used on the McCormick-Deering M. It has the check ball an pressure relief tube. My question is an this be used with other engines like open crankcase ones. I have an Ottawa with two flywheels on it will it work on that engine? Thanks all

There is no reason it shouldn't work on other engines as long as the oiler itself works and you can fit it to the engine.
