Default torque settings

Is there a repair manual for the Champion Blue ribbon that has the torque settings for rebuilding the engine, and rewinding the recoil starter.

Thanks

I'm not familiar with that engine, but you can use generic torque specs from a table found in most Chilton manuals or easily found online.
