Default Holley Carb on a New Way F type

I have a Holley carb on a New Way F type that I am restoring.

The engine will start easily and run for about five minutes and then stop and will restart easily.I have altered the float height and now the engine does not smoke but it still loses a lot of fuel through the needle valve, was the valve packed with something? I have fitted a O ring and it has helped a bit.

Carb has been stripped cleaned and rebuilt with new gaskets.

What is the correct way to alter float height?

Does anyone have any spares for sale for the New Way F type?

Regards Bill.

Exclamation Re: Holley Carb

I am looking for a float for my F, with the holly carb. The original has delaminated, due to that crap E-10 fuel. The alcohol disolved the protective coating on the float!
