Default New Engine Cart or fix up?

I have this old Platform Scale that I thought would make a "ok" cart for my Stover KA 2hp motor. Thought it would be somewhat unique. It's also has a floating deck so it wouldn't rock too much. Or I turn into a piece of nice furniture? It's missing all of the main components such as the slide.

Only prolly 3 to 4" diameter. Yeah it won't be easy to move in grass.
