Default unknown engine

I have these two photos of two steamers that worked in the area that my family homesteded many years ago. It would be interesting to know what they are.

1st one I'll say is a 36 HP M Rumely (unless maybe a 30???). Second one not sure, will let others chime in.

2nd pic I would say is either a 22 or a 26 American Abell "Cock of the North Line"
