Default Unknown Cutaway Engine Cylinder - Marine?

I picked up this cutaway last evening. There are no makers mark, the only casting mark is 7-29. The bore is about 4 1/8” and the valves are 2”. Any help with the ID would be appreciated.

Presume the spark plug goes in the cap over one of the valves - or at least there doesn't seem to be any provision for one in the casting itself.

That's a great example of expert pattern makers. Some pretty neat core work had to go into that casting.
