Default Unidentified Engines - NOTICE - THIS MEANS YOU!

EXTERNAL FLYWHEEL ENGINES ONLY

It appears that many of the engines being listed in the unidentified engines forum are really already identified!

These types of posts would be better off in the top category for their type of engine! Oil Field, Hit and Miss, Marine, Diesel, Small Air Cooled Engines, Automobile, Generator, etc.

DO NOT POST IN THE UNIDENTIFIED ENGINE FORUM IF YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT BRAND YOUR ENGINE IS!

If you only need help identifying the model type, post it in the appropriate forum.

Thank you for moving my post and clarifying where it should be posted. I wasn't sure where it belonged.

That's ok. Generally, if the manufacturer is known it can go into one of the main categories to find out which model it is. Ideally, this board would be empty because everything got identified and moved into the right category. We aren't always that lucky.
