Default Possible Waterloo Boy

I found this is northern bc
I think itís a Waterloo boy not sure of hp

It has the correct governor to we a Waterloo Boy. Post the bore and stroke and I will help with the horsepower question. I'm sure you aware of it missing it's correct fuel mixer and ignitor. Nice engine.

It came with a Webster trip polar oscillator and igniter
And a bi polar Webster oscillator and igniter
