Default Abenaque

I'm looking for information on the operation of the fuel system for a 5 HP Abenaque engine. Thank You

They are an early form of fuel injection. There is a fuel pump ,an injector with needle valve and a bypass valve for excess fuel. They are early yet work quite well. Hope this helps Brian

Hi John, I have looked at a article written in the T.O.M.M. magazine (Australian)issue No.81, there is an article on the Abenaque in it. It mentions the fuel: "feul being injected directly into the inlet manifold", with the feul pump being controled from the side shalft. Maybe this is of some help, Russell
