Default Small Unknown 2 cycle Air cooled engines,,Johnson?,

Maybe someone can tell me what this engine is?,,its similiar to a Johnson or Maytag,,it has a small brass tag on it with Model W 961 17 on it ?,,theres more parts to it also,,just not in the picture,,,Thanks,,Jim
