Default Tom Thumb Unknown Carburetor

Do any of you recognize this carburetor and/or what engine it was used on?
The tag on it says: NECO Tom Thumb Carbureter Patents Pending National Equipment Company Chicago
It is 4 3/8 inches tall. It has two mounting holes spaced 2 5/8 inches apart and tapped 5/16-18.
The throttle bore diameter is 1 7/16 inches.
