Default Penberthy Ball Top Oiler?

So with no luck so far finding one, I thought I would give it a shot making one. I think it's a penberthry, but have really found nothing. The only markings are PIC No.0 1xl. And at6-2887. So this is one I made out of aluminum to see if I could, think now I need to find some brass stock.
