The lads are building a second ken-ooo so they could build a platform across the two and mount that engine on it. The flywheel would probably dip the water though.

Had the Old 22 Abell out today for a clean up and fill the old girl with water getting ready for the hydro this week

She will be in service soon still have to do the plumbing mount the rebuilt governor ash pan grates build a rear deck a few small things other than that is is really close it has all new shafts throughout new piston new rings cyl bored new cross head pin all new brasses thoughtout
crank pin all new Babbitt everywhere new boiler studs installed for machinery mounting etc

Here is a picture of the American Abel that is in Rollag and owned by John Tysse now. This photo is of a photo from Johns wall. This is when the Western Development museum purchased the engine and loaded it to haul it to Saskatoon. I will let John fill in the details.
