Default Igniter trip for 3 HP Jumbo

Posting for a computer less friend; can anyone post some pics or maybe take some pics of the igniter trip for a 3 HP Jumbo so he can build one? Found him a mag for the engine, that heís
Working on, but he wants to build a trip for the igniter.

Pics attached of the engine. Also any info I could tell him about the engine would be appreciated too.

Thanks,
Mike

Are you referring to the piece that goes on the end of the ignitor shaft on the Webster bracket?

Yes-the piece that the rod trips to actuate the mag and igniter.

The piece that the trip finger engages is on the magneto shaft. If that's the one he wants to make, it must be hardened. The second piece, the one missing from the ignitor, is contacted by the part that is on the magneto shaft. It does not need hardened. Does he need both pieces?

He has the trip on the magneto shaft, but not the piece that contacts the igniter.
Thanks,
Mike
