Photo Schebler Carb

Hi,

A friend of mine has this Schebler carb with part number H102. I am pretty sure it is for an early twin cylinder motorcycle, but I cannot find what models would have used this carb. Any ideas? Thanks!

That's a Harley manifold, specific to 1916.
