^ That stuff works as well as anything and probably stays clear longer than anything else too.
If you DON'T have the feed cover with the frame you can get the all clear cover from Dave Preuhs.......

For those of you interested. I'm in the process of having front wheel bearings being made at a local shop in the next few weeks Should be around $100 to $120 per bearing. Send me a PM if you would like some, and I'll get it added to the order. Thanks.

Just made up some "Brake Band Shank Bolt Washer" part number 1758TM for the Titan 10-20 project of mine. Had a few extras made if anyone is interested. See the classified ads for further information or contact me, thanks.

As SproutW mentioned on another thread, Starbolt (a sponsor here on STAK) carries some 10-20 Titan parts too. They have valves, valve springs, valve keepers and piston rings. They also carry the early style spark plug wire and clips.

Well, cold weather finally set-in here in PA so it's time to get back to those inside projects. We have a late Titan 1922? We are looking for a few vital pieces. We need a late mode, long Piston 10 1/2" long, copper head gasket, and the ends for the water tank. Joe, any luck you could help me with the head gasket and water tank parts??

Any leads on a piston would be appreciated. I'm pretty much dead in the water without it!!!! Thanks

Attached are some current pics from yesterday. I have some before pics that I'll also post but I'll need to get my 14 y.o. son the reformat them for me.

A neighbor of mine has reproduced the ends of the water tanks, they're perfect reproductions. Drop me an inbox message if you're interested.

I got a pair of the water tank ends from Chris Hudson's neighbor, Don. They are, like everything that Don does, excellent.
I will pm you about the head gasket, got one left, will probably get more made sometime after Christmas.
Regarding the skid rings, we are going to make a few sets after Christmas. We will bend the ring and cut the ends to the right length and then let you drill your own holes. Late Titans use a one piece ring, early ones use five pieces. If we leave the holes out, you can make sure that they will fit your wheels. Price will depend on how much time it takes. Doing more than just one set at a time should make us a lot more efficient. That's the first time I ever used that word in regards to anything that we do........
I wish I could get to it sooner, but am swamped with projects to get done before the end of the year at work.
Joe

Does anyone have pictures of the compression relief valves in the bottom of the cylinders? I need to know what I'm looking for. Ours doesn't have them and Its a lot of fun to get started without them. If anyone knows of a source for them as well that would be great.

I also need to find the lower carburetor for water for the later model titan with ensign carb setup.

^ primer, the arrangement of the compression relief valves is the same as the cylinder lever drain cocks on a steam engine.

I just picked up a few 10-20 parts from a friend that was getting rid of his last few crumbs. I have a pretty nice fuel tank, a hand starting crank, some angle iron lugs, two Bosch mags on Titan mag bases. If you are interested, please PM me.

Most helpful thread here. I do not own a Titan, however, I am thrilled to see all this good information being passed around to help fellow collectors out!
Thanks guys, (Mr. Byrne)

I have just purchased a 1919 10 20 and it is missing the complete water injection system. I have checked with some of the companies listed on this site but have had no success. What are the odds of finding this system?

Thank you,
Oiler
