Congrats on getting a Titan! Yes parts can be found. If you could post a photo of what carb you have, then we would know for sure which of the water units you need. There are two versions that could have been used on your 1919 Titan.

I just came in and got your message. It is dark outside now so tomorrow I will take a photo of the carb and try and post it. Thank you for the quick reply.

I checked the photos Gary (2030rumely) sent me and this is the style of carb and water injection unit that is correct for his 10-20 Titan. His carb is complete except for the water injection unit. Maybe someone has the parts he needs and can help him out.

I'm looking for information on the plow that I think sold with my titan and a plow guide. If you would like to see it its featured in a news program called {old and new tractors in the spot light } my titan was running a bit rough mag timing was off I'm in the process of getting it and the plow ready for the 2014 Chilliwack plowing match. Thank you for any information you can provide.

Gaskets to go are a site sponsor here http://www.enginads.com/bizcards.shtml

Guides can be made from scratch, ditto for valves.

Here is a procedure to do seats here
http://www.smokstak.com/forum/showth...an+valve+seats

Sleeves are just spun cast iron machined to suit, you will need rings as well.

Search the UK for Spun Cast iron 2p grade or maybe the USA ( la sleeve) or Here being Flowcast.com.au i think they export so try locally.

maybe some one will chime in on springs and sources for rings, you need to clean up ring grooves and turn piston so rings will be a custom size not off the shelf size. You need to determine this size once you have done the machine work obviously.

www.HandJMachining.com - Henry as previously mentioned, supplies valves guides and springs. He also has sleeves and rings.

Check with Wisconsin Historical Society. I got several prints from them years ago, I think they were on a computer that crashed. Machine shop salvaged my valves, I had to make new guides. I am pretty certain you need to supply part numbers. I found a parts book helpful as there were some year/serial # breaks.

I'm bringing this older thread back to help up-date some of the 10-20 Titan parts information. There have been a couple recent posts dealing with guys wanting information and I thought it would be good to try and link some of the newer stuff to this discussion.

http://www.smokstak.com/forum/showthread.php?t=158863

http://www.smokstak.com/forum/showthread.php?t=159944

It has been mentioned that prints are available for some of the 10-20 Titan parts.

I would like to know if anyone has the information on the following springs: #6814TM Throttle shaft spring and #6826TM Speed control spring.
Maybe someone has already made up these springs and if they have, I would be interesting in buying a set. If not, I'd like to get the prints and I'll have a few sets made up for myself and others that are interested.

Another item would be the #6613TM valve tappet oil hole cover. A print of how it was originally made would be nice so an accurate new piece could be reproduced.

If a drawing of the muffler shield for the earlier Titans is available, that would also help to make a better reproduction. This piece mounted on a couple of the lower head bolts and shielded the muffler that sits under the head.

After looking for a long time, I finally found the stack vent casting used on some Titans. If there is enough interest, I would consider casting up a few for guys that need them.

It was mentioned in one of the above linked threads, that there is a print for the floor boards that were used. I would like a copy of that if it is available.

It's great to see that a few more 10-20 Titans are being restored!!

Titan sleeve o-rings. I have leaking sleeves on the btm. Is there a place where I can purchase o-rings or any ideas how to seal them up?

What kind of tractor do you have that has O-rings? I've never seen one in a 10-20 Titan block. If you are talking about where the block meets the crankcase, that is just a heavy paper gasket that covers the face of the block.
