No, sorry. Although I'd say that's an accessory wire wheel for a Model T Ford, possibly made by Hayes? Very desirable to a T Ford owner, especially a speedster owner. The gear attached to the inner side is a 60 tooth Stewart speedo gear, which was a common size fitted to Model T Fords fitted with a speedo.

I agree with Craig, If it were to fit a 23" demountable rim, for sure Model T or Overland. If it were fitting a 22" rim it could be a cycle-car of some type or a small Maxwell. If you have a set that includes the hubs and caps, you are lucky!
