After looking around some I'm starting to think the engine may be a Gaar Scot.

I'm thinking possibly a Harrison engine. Sorry I don't have a picture from the flywheel side to compare.

I thought it looked like Gaar Scot on the stacker.

Any ideas what the rest of the wording is?

Five spoke dog leg flywheel, head tank, position and shape of the bull gear brackets in the rear wheel all shout Gaar-Scott to me.
