I am also the owner of a Westinghouse model 60 type E 32v generator. Mine is in pretty rough shape. Apparently it sat in the rain for many, many years. The water in the cam shaft area rusting and freezing caused quite a mess. Did you ever locate an manual and/or a source of parts?
Thank you
