Photo Hercules Playing Cards?

Got these for an early christmas present. Never have seen any of these floating around before. Any idea when they produced them???
If you can't read the box, it says:

They show up once in a while. They seem to have been produced in the early days of Hercules. Probably in the 1914-1916 range.

Nice, at one time, the Southern Indiana Antique & Machinery Club of Evansville In. reproduced a number of packs for our show. I have one pack, and there maybe some still in the clubs show items for sale. Glenn Miller.
