Default 1 hp carb setting

What should the typical setting be on the needle valve on these? I'm thinking about 1/4 to 1/2 turns out but I'd like to get that verified. Can't find it anywhere in the manuals.

kevin, 1/8 to 1/4 turn open works best for me
