Default Dayton 3Z107B 3 Cylinder Compressor

I am attempting to revive an 3 cylinder 3Z107B Dayton/SpeedAir/Champion compressor with aluminum jugs and heads. The piston in the center jug is rusted in. Any ideas on saving them or should I start looking for replacement parts. With luck these cylinders and pistons were used on several compressors and I can find used ones.

I have not had much luck linking to videos so forgive me if this does not work.
