Default Gifted Blackhawk S4 jack

A good friend gave my this jack Sunday, leaks around the reservoir cover but other than that all is good. Has a repair on the lower handle. wonder if a new one could be cast?

I have a jack exactly like that, good old tool...mine has a repair on the upper handle, & it's broken again...mine must be the fancy model, it has a light in the reservoir cover & the batteries went in the handle. All that was broken before I got it though.
I have no idea about casting another piece, might be possible to find one at a jack repair place?
