Default D. J. Baisch's Froelich tractor

Just read the great story of D. J.'s replica Froelich tractor in the Nov. G.E.M. What a challenge ! Good job, ol' boy. And only 2,500 hours invested. Zowie ! Doug.

I would say that is one nice piece of thought thru engineering. It's unbelieveable what can be done when someone has the persistance, and determination. Although it can be good therapy, it can sometimes feel like you will need psychological therapy before youre on the home stretch. Very Nice D.J., and I hope to cross paths with you someday! You could teach us all something! Frank Y

Default No GEM?

Simon, Why can't you get GEM? The mag quotes prices for sending it to the other side of the pond.

Here is one picture of D.J's Froelich that was in the Nov. 2003 issue of GEM. He did a wonderful job. Wish that I could see it in person. D.J.: Thank you for making a replica of something that has long disapeared.
