Default Zenith Carburetor Ford 300 Six Cylinder

This is posted on the onan site also but i am in search of a zenith carb that will work on a ford 300 six.
1975 vintage onan 30ek genset.
Any help would be appreciated.
I understand this to be a model 28 carb.
Is there anything newer that will work.
Is the model 33 applicable.
It has the fuel shutoff i have been looking for.

Tim

I think the original was Zenith 12455 ? I don't know that they make anything in the 33 series that is big enough for that engine. I will try to check into it and get back to you. The other option might be to put a Holley 1bbl on it or something similar. With either the 33 Zenith or the Holley the overall height is less so if there are clearance issues with a breather that might be something to think about. You could probably make an extension of sorts.
