What did you want to know about it?
Many of us have revived old blacksmith forges without ever trying to find their legacy.
If it works, use it.
If you need parts, that's a different story.
Since no one else has replied, it appears that it wasn't a mainstream brand.

I try to find out the history about all my stuff, that is half the fun of owning old equipment! Mast-Foose was a Springfield O company that made a lot of things but primarily iron fence and windmills. The Iron Turbine was the first commercially successful all metal windmill and that was probably their greatest claim to fame. In later years they made a lot of decoration lawn items and the old push reel mowers. I got one of their old catalogs from the 1880s someplace, if I run across it I will see what kind of blacksmithing supplies they made and post it.

Foos made complete blacksmith shop equpt. By the 1880's . C.h. Wendel shows a picture in American farm implements and antiques pg. 180! Sorry I don't know how to post pictures yet.
