Default HELP! Unsure of make and model of this engine

Unsure of make and model of this engine. Very new at this and have no idea what the make and model is or what its worth. It has trade mark or initials EP stamped just below cooling fins. Any help in the right direction would be huge. Thank you.

It is an Iron Horse built in Peterboro, Ontario. The motor is missing the schrod
over the flywheel. The nametag would have been attached to it.
