Default Little Giant Lister clone

I am new to this site. I have ordered a 14hp Little Giant Lister clone from Lovson engineering in India.

I eventually plan on setting it up to run on waste motor oil, filtered and heated of course. The plan is to utilize the waste heat from the water jacket and exhaust to heat my house plus generate power and net meter with the utility company.

I have read a few articles about this and the more I read ,the more I like the idea.

Anybody with more ideas?

I know that! I have been trying to register with Lister engines.com for about 3 weeks. I am actually registered with them but I am waiting approval to log on.I have emailed them but have not recieved a response from them. It is a good site for the type of questions I have!

Lots of spam forced the site owners to clamp down.

I'll let the moderator know Dave.

Hi,

Can anyone fill me in on the secret to getting registered at listerengine.com? I have tried several times. The site sends me an e-mail that tells me I should receive another e-mail soon so that I can finish the registration process, but I never get that e-mail. Without that e-mail, the site deletes the account in short-order. I have re-registered a couple of times already. I sent one of the moderators an e-mail and they wrote back that they would forward the situation to admin, but I still haven't been able to sign on.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I have seen the messages from Andrew to Admin, so I know that he has done what he said he would.

The other thing to check on is that your own ISP isn't blocking the return emails from www.listerengine.com, AOL and a few others are 'particularly' good at doing this.

Also check to see if your Anti-Virus software has a blocked email folder...

Peter,

Thanks for your assistance. Yes, Andrew was the nice fellow that was trying to help, and I am very grateful for his assistance.

I don't think my ISP is blocking it, because I have always gotten the first e-mail that says another e-mail will arrive shortly. Is there any way to find out for sure if my ISP is causing problems?

I checked my virus scanning software, and didn't see any signs of it in there.

Could it have something to do with the fact that my e-mail address is a hotmail account? I checked the junk mail folder and didn't see anything in there from listerengine.com.

Thanks again for your assistance.

Sorry for the double-post. I'm not sure what I did. I guess I hit the Back or Refresh button one too many times and I don't know how to edit or delete a post.
