I did a quick search, and found what appears to be them:
T&S Model Engine Works, 440 N Lallendorf Road, Oregon, 419-693-6251. However, that phone number is definitely not an Oregon phone number, so I have my doubts.

I seem to remember several model places at the Steam-Up held just north of Salem. I bet they are still in business. If they are, they would be stupid not to be at the Steam-Up or the Small Engine Swap Meet in June. Visit their site here:

WESTERN ANTIQUE POWERLAND

and then call them at their phone number, and ask if they have them listed as coming to the Steam-Up or the swap meet on June 25. Hopefully they are listed, and you can get their number.

I think T & S Model Engine Works is (was) in Oregon, Ohio, and phone no. is as listed. I think they have/had the Fairbanks Eclipse gas engine casting kit.
Usual disclaimer, no connection.
