I guess I'll be more than stopping by, I ended up spending the afternoon today loading up the hot air engine, gathering some twigs and found a spot at the grove. Haven't ran it in in a few yrs so gonna see how that goes😬. Also bringing the sattly 1&3/4 hp I fetched from a member here few yrs back. 2 engines total. Not a whole
Lot.Didn't have much time to get around to bring others. The weather should be good as Andrew said. Breakfast at 7! Im at the corner near the main road, so any stacker stopping by, say Hi! It's really hard to put a face to who I talk to here on this site. Hope everybody has a great day as an exhibitor or just spectating.

Visited Jacktown today. What a show!!! The exhibitors had more things running than I have seen in a long time. Lots of great engines operating pumps, generators, corn crushers, saws, wood splitters and much more. Visited with Firewoodys Hot Air engine display exhibit which was operating perfectly.

The flea market was great, I left a lot of money there.

The bean soup made my day.

The parking lot was almost completely full and there was a line in both directions trying to get in.

I visited Cabela's on the way home and there were only about 1/4 of the cars in their parking lot compared to Jacktown. This seemed strange to me considering it is only a few days till hunting season opens in PA.

Great Job to the Jacktown members.

Very great weekend for jacktown. Lots of people and lots of displays. Very good breakfast and lunch both days for me. Ice cream was excellent. Very special thanks to all dedicated hardworking members to make this all happen! Got to meet some stackers I never met before, as far as Iowa! Hopefully see all again in Jan for the 1 day snow show. 👍 This was and still is the friendly show in the grove. Anybody get to hear or see the dirt bike making laps across the street? LOL. Wow!

Always a Great show, could only get there on Sunday. Was lucky got the parts needed for a Domestic stovepipe that I just got. Had too leave early because of all the noise from across the street, really gave me a headache. I wondered why I got such a good spot-not! Bob

I think this was the fourth or fith time I have been there. Liked seeing firewood guys hot-air engine, and visiting with all the people.
I did not think the dirt bike held a decibel to me being behind the garden tractor pulls. Talk about noise ,but there kindof a must have now days to attract the crowds. Always like the flea market.

Matthew, I read your thread regarding soaking stuck items in the pond. Very interesting! I've got some rusty iron going in my pond this week for sure. . Nice meeting you and have a safe trip on and off the trail. Watch them rattlers and copper heads up near the water gap. Specially with Indian summer this week.

I was there Saturday morning with my 10yr old. First time there and lots of fun. Use to have two Fairmont track inspection motorcars (speeders) with Fairmont ROC hit and miss motors. They were lots of fun to tinker with. Just picked up a Maytag 92. I have a few spare Model A generators laying around so I'm going to see if I can run a few lights in my barn with it just for kicks.

I was helping in the kitchen Saturday and Sunday mornings. What a zoo! Even with the help of many new volunteers, we still had lines for food! Apple dumplings with sauce and ice cream, sausage gravy on toast, platters, you name it we had it! Wanted to get something to eat Sunday afternoon, and they were sold out of EVERYTHING! Great weather and displays. I was dis-appointed Sunday, seems most of the model display guys went home! I was the only person with a model in the model shed! The DeBolt - Perkins model I brought ran flawlessly all day. Next stop - Cabin Fever. Too bad they can't co-ordinate with Jacktown so that both shows don't fall on the same weekend Hope someone took pictures!
