Default Searching for the Original Stover logo

Hello all, a friend of mine is restoring a Stover engine and has challenged me to find the original Stover logo. The one I had found Googleing images is the "newer" logo. Any ideas about direction of pursuit?

The only one I've seen personally was an original one that was covered over with the newer style. Don't know if it was done at the factory, or by the dealer that sold it, but they both appeared to be original to the engine.
