Is that a 50's T all in the background? You sure have some nice stuff out that way, best it is so far away from me.

Hi, CB!
I try to stay away from the stuff that attracts the multitudes. But yes, that’s a nice Travelall.
I have a small history with the owner. I’m going to try to stay out of court and just label him “special”.
Some of these parts lots and vehicles have seen more real estate than I have. County forced him to clean up...loads and loads moved...and moved...some came back. Offered for sale (to me and others) without ever mentioning a price. Ever. Facebook Marketplace disposed of quite a bit...
Looks like “special” last-minute removals from auction possible? I suspect reserves set on Travelall and others..I bet after the auctioneer gets home tonight he looks into other lines of work. This is a tough guy to deal with.
I get to have an opinion!
I had to go look...

I won’t even get into the “nice” Diamond T pickup that went through a brush fire.
We all know fires enhance value...

Ha, HA I know the type. Lots of interesting stuff, but the reason it is still around and in the shape it is, because no one can bring the deal to a close.
I'm fast reaching the point that I WISH someone would express some interest in my junk! I know I will not get to most of it, and would like to see it passed on. Just don't want to see it go to scrap, its too rare for that.
In my case, interest means more than price, If a person wants it and will take care of it, we can reach a deal!

I feel the same with most of my stuff. It can leave. However, I’m trying to use it to leverage deals on more usable and or complete stuff. No money changes hands, usually. No-brainer trades.
Latest acquisition this way was a complete D-2 pickup. I’m on a roll!

I just figured out I need a 1934-36 IHC C-Series left cab corner.
The one I have is weak and still attached to the back and will probably be destroyed when I remove it. It’s about 44” high by 10” wide. I need the driver’s side. Looks like below picture. Many of these came already detached.
Thanks, Don

Look at all the wood in a IHC C-Series panel![/QUOTE]

What a little sweetheart ! It would be a lot of work but worth it.

A very rare C-Series all steel door. But check all the wood around it.
This appears to be a C-30 11/2 ton. Looks like original headlamp buckets, reflectors and rings. The windshield frame is rough but fixable.
I bought these items. All steel Door is certainly next on list!

Taking roof off another 1930s C-30 at my house. This truck is just about gone condition-wise. Rust-out and thin, pitted metal, everywhere.
I like to document originality, though. This one appears to have been blue. Even the headliner and dash were painted blue.
Check out the fasteners holding roof to the back, windshield wiper motor.
Another C-Series with a K-Series Green Diamond (Willys-derived) flathead six! They are a bolt-in except that the GRD w/ big harmonic balancer interferes with front frame crossmember.

These, my friends, are the real deal C-series headlamp buckets complete with rings and reflectors.
In all my collecting years I have never seen them. These old C-series always get swapped out for sealed beam.
Complete with correct brackets!
For future reference, they are about 10” in diameter and about 9” long.
They are every bit as rare as the 18” D-1 wire wheels.

Little by little the missing parts show up.
This windshield frame is a mess but it’s all I have.

I came across this article when I was researching International's FEB engine. I thought you might find it interesting.

“Attractive Internationals”. Yes. I’ve been told that these are the only good-looking Internationals, ever.
I don’t know about that. But I a C-1 Pickup can hold it’s own against any early Ford style.
