Default 1954 John Deere 60 throttle adjuster

I recently bought a John Deere 60, it hadn't run in about10 yrs. Ihad done a valve job and replaced the manifold on it that that time for my neighbor and it has just sat since.
I got it and cleaned the carb, put in new points and condensor, and plugs. When reinstalling the carb, following the JD manual I was going to adjust engine speed when I found the speed adjusters ball joint worn out and held together with wire. Does anyone know if this part is still available thru deere. This is the piece that goes on the threaded rod from the governor arm and hooks to the throttle lever. Jim

It isn't difficult to make if you have a friend with a lathe but the place at the link has 3 on hand in Iowa.

Thanks Craig, I went to my local JD dealer and found out the part is obsolete, but gave me 3 dealer's that showed them in their inventory. Have one coming from Texas for4.65 plus shipping. They had 2 in stock. Jim
