That sure looks like Chuck on it. I hope to see his engine at Union Grove in a couple of weeks.

If all goes per my plan, I'll be doing a parade with her on Sunday--Then the Union Grove Show the following weekend, and then the Oak Creek Show in early Oct

By lookng at the location of the steam against the blue sky, I am sure I am blowing the noon whistle with my 5 note chime, RR Loco whistle--which I do several times a day Note the guy on the far right plugging his ears. I sure do like whistles--
