Photo Allegany County Steam

i will try to post some pictures of our county fairs steam exhibit
the first two should be of our 1950 50hp case traction engine.
we use this to run our frick saw mill. we make timbers and boards to be used onthe buildings around the fair grounds.

That looks like a good little engine. But if its an original lap i would say it has to be a 1913 or early 14, not 15 or 50 can you find a boiler or serial # for it and ill compare it to our lap. what does it carry for pressue? The dark green looks good.

flickerphoto.com
colin it is a lap seam boiler and i dont agree on the year eitherbut thats what we were told.
there is no boiler or serial number on it but i can tell you it was sold new to the town of Cortland N.Y. for road grading.
