remember don't run it till u get the non detergent sludge out of the sump, my pump screen was clogged. good luck.

Found this old auction ad this morning, this construction company although no longer there was only 20 minutes from me. Lots of good photos. The Wisconsin engine is a 1946. Doesnt that selling price just make you sick. https://www.purplewave.com/auction/131031/item/B5800

What carb is that? And is it original to the engine? Aside from the carb on my engine the only other original type Ive seen for these is a Schebler D.

Carb and mag are not original to engine . Both were missing. Not sure .

Do you know what fuel tank that is, looks similar to a Homelite but taller.

1st pic is of my 4d442 w/ shebler that was toast inside. the 2nd pic is of my spare extra 800g s/n4d411 that has a zenith i think on it. i don't know if its oem or a oem replacement. oh yea i forgot to mention, the finned cylinder head is aluminum, special cat racing option!!!

The Carb on my engine is a Zenith. No idea about tank . Just something I had laying around and made it work.

Took a few minutes today to weigh the Cat engine, 300#, thought it would have been a little more than that but thats what it is.
