Photo Its a runner...

Well, The 3rd Briggs Fh is now running.

This one is a bit fiddly & misses/ doesn't idle really well &
has allot of end play.

The throttle shaft is quite loose & it gets butterfly flutter,
The mag plate was so warped, I had to use silicone on
the crankcase so it wouldn't leak oil & the intake tube
was also leaking some so I siliconed it too.
I didn't touch the valves or rings just unstuck them & cleaned them up.
