Default Fuel Line Sizes 1-1/2 M

Hello (again), I was wondering what size diameter fuel lines are used originally on my 1926 M (gas) engine? The one that runs from the pump to the carb was replaced (quick fix repair) with a 1/4" line. I noticed the line from the tank to the pump is 1/4", and appears original. The drain line that runs from the bottom of the carb is larger than 1/4", and has a flared type fitting to the carb. This appears to be original too. The 90 degree brass fitting (feed) was replaced with a straight fitting. I guess my main concern is the proper size line and fittings from the pump to the carb. Thanks!
