My front end parts are at the foundry as patterns for you. Anyone else need front parts?

I was looking for an existing thread to put some Eagle photos.
An acquaintance had a site dedicated to the Eagle Company but like a lot of free sites it's down........BUT the link I saved still goes to the ftp server so I'm going to link to those photos here.......
The two power units were in my shed where those photos were taken.

The only one I can identify in this group is the last one.
It was owned by Chet Krause and found a new home at neighboring Symco, WI, after Chet's auction........I am on the tractor

Hey guys, I have been considering re-doing the Eagle Manufacturing history. Do you chaps think there would be enough demand to make it do-able? I know the first one didn't make Oprah's lists. I have some new information (not much); the photo reproduction techniques have improved many fold in the last 20 years or so and colour can be done much more cheaply.
Another approach would be a dedicated thread on here in an article form. The only issue I would have with that is that proprietary information, once published on the web, becomes public. It took a lot of time and some money to do that booklet initialy for which I got a grand royalty payment of $250 USD, if memory serves. It lead to a lot of friendships and that outweighs the money side many times over. But I hate giving away material and a publication does offer some protection, or the threat.
I have two things in the works right now, a history of the Winnipeg trials and one on John Abell/American-Abell. Both of these are well along in the process. There are also the Antique Power articles to keep up. So a re-do of Eagle might not happen right away. Does anyone know a good publisher who might be into this kind of material?
Aloha,
RM.

You know for sure that any book you put out will be on my must have list. I still have the fist edition, maybe with a book that combines the three or more would be a better seller?

G: What about using a self-publishing outfit like Lulu? You keep control of the data and apparently can have small runs printed as needed or have people order their own copies off the site.

Craig, those two Eagle engines are still living together in the coup here in Michigan and have had a couple of off spring since.

Rick's book remains the definitive source on Eagles. I'd love to see him do another.

One of those books is on Ebay and our moderator knows all about it!
I bought one last year and it's excellent.

You probably have the number of the one I had......a 22-45 #1773 which I bought from Jim Erdle and now owned by Jerred Ruble for which Rick Mannen had a pretty good history.......
I probably have the serial number of the 30 HP power unit I had.
