George,
Really nice pics, looks like one helluva show with OLD equipment! In a day where a lot of shows here in the states feature steel wheel tractors that are only rolled off on boards when they get to the showgrounds , am glad to see it looks like there is a plowing field for people to actually get their tractors to play in the dirt. And looks like you play with them!

AMERICANS TAKE NOTE!!!!!! THE EUROPEANS HAVE THE RIGHT IDEA!!!!

Mike,

I have to agree. I've been to both the HMT show and to the Nuenen show, and the Dutch know how to put on a good show! They go all out for the exhibitors and there isn't a lot of BS like there is at so many of the U.S. shows.

Last time I was at HMT was 2002 which was prior to when I'd met German George, Robert Holt, Marcel Peumans, Marc Geerkens, etc.. I really look forward to my next trip to HMT although I don't know when that will be.

George

Hi George,
I see that the HP "20" made it over in one piece, hope you chain it down good on the trailer and don't get high jacked on the road.

Some nice old tractors at that show, looks like fun.

Yes, it was absolutely a very good show. I guess that for many visitors it was the first time that they saw that many prairie tractors on one show!

My camera gave up last week (perhaps because it isn't german made), so I only have this picture of me driving a friend's Cat D8.

Best regards
Marcel

Hi Rob,
Good to see that you still out and about, and not letting the flower business keep you tied down.
Regards,
Dave

I'm with ya there, Craig. Yes I know, To each his own. But it does seem rather strange to see an old, steel wheel tractor painted up like a tennis shoe.
