That is a corn grinder made by C.S. Bell out of Hillsboro, Ohio. They are still in business, and there are a lot of these around, depending on what part of the country you live in. Average price around here seems to be in the $125-175 range. Yours is nice because it still has the tin funnel for the hopper, which is often missing. Downside is you have a V-belt pulley which was not original, but that's not a big deal for most folks.
