Default Wisconsin identication

At 04/21/2012, any one know the identity of the ebay engine claimed to be a three cylinder wisconsin? The ebay id is number: 150800487055.

I believe it's a Continental most likely out of a fork lift. I worked on one years ago. I also thought it to be a Wisconsin but after talking to a guy that was with Wisconsin for a lot of years he helped me to ID it as a Continental.

The sheet metal looks like the ac4 family but none of those were 3 cylinder. Continental would explain the similarities. It is not a magneto but a distributor coil set up. Thanks for the information.
