Default Wisconsin-Robin EY27W Power curve???

I"ve a Wisonsin Robin EY27W which is rated at 7.9hp @ 3600rpm or 4.9 hp @ 1800 rpm. I would like to run a generator head which requires 3600 rpm, at the 1800rpm engine speed, however this wouldn't be feasible if the engine's torque was low at this speed. Does anyone know where I might find the info on the power curve of this engine so I can get the best sized pulley to take advantage of the lowest feasible speed?

Contact a Wisconson dealer, they should be able to give you a spec sheet on the robin.
