Default Gamble Skogmo Masteride mower

Yet anothr summer dump find. Am trying to find any literature I can on this machine. No mower deck, but thought it was neat. Model number LM22-5677A. Can't find anything in way of reference on Gamble Skogmo equipment.

Exclamation Re: Gamble Skogmo Masteride mower

My grandfather had a REO riding mower that looked just like yours. It was built in 1963, just before Wheelhorse closed the REO division down.

The seat and design point to MTD as builder with Gamble stores as seller. Look it over, see if you can find a serial / model tag. Nice find!

The tag is a stamped foil sticker, only thing that can be seen is the sunken model number which I listed in original post.
If I can find the model number on the briggs engine I could get a date on the machine, but for some reason I cant find it where it is supposed to be. I may actually have to take som tins off and wire brush the paint off to find them.
