Default The Majestic Engine Homepage

Calling all waterloo/majestic owners.....
I used to periodically visit the Majestic Engine Homepage and registry....
The link seems to be no longer available
Any information as to what has become of this would be appreciated

I can't help you with what has happened to it. But I did buy a manual from the guy years ago. I'm trying to say his name was Jason or something?
I suspect sometimes in cases like this people lose interest and get tired of paying the $100 a year or whatever to keep the domain.
It would be nice if they would come to a place like this and offer to let someone take it over rather than just all that information being lost.

I think the website is from Jimmy Priestly.
A ton of Waterloo & contract engine info there.

Does anyone know Jimmy Priestly and is he all right? I was able to grab a copy of the information on his site by going to the way back machine. It would be shame to see all that work lost. Bob

I'm not sure how he's doing and have wondered the same thing myself......
He did do an extensive amount of research on the majestic and waterloo engines, and I agree that it would be awful if that was all lost
Please advise of any developments regarding this matter thank you

Anybody over there thought about trying to make contact with the man???

I chatted with Jimmy a few days ago, all is fine. He is currently enjoying touring around the various museums in England and some engine museums too. Jimmy shared to me the website had been taken down because most of the information (20+ years research) has been shared & copied, and in many hands. Aside from all he’s in good health and continues looking forward to attending his favorite shows and to make some new shows in the New England areas next season.

That's good news,I'll have to drop him a line,it's been about ten years since he helped me through correspondence to revive my engine
I'd like to get a copy if his Majestic engine written history and owners register so I could make this information available to onlookers visiting my display at shows
Hopefully I can meet up with him in New England and display our engines sometime
Thanks for the info
